3 ways to stop feeling tired all day

1) Get rid of negative emotions: Anger, jealousy, or hatred are energy drainers. We may not realize it, but they are the biggest reason why we feel tired despite not engaging in heavy physical activities. You will be able to address it only when you realize how harmful they are, especially when their intensity is high. Try this: for one day, make a commitment to yourself that you will not feel angry. Compare your energy level with the prior day, and you will know.

2) Take a pause to get recharged: We are constantly running as life has become more demanding. It has become a culture and habit to stay busy all the time. This feeling of constant chaos exhausts us, and we just want to run away, but that’s not a choice. Instead, take small pauses and get recharged. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and feel the relaxation in both body and mind. Such small breaks will make you feel rejuvenated.

3) Increase oxygen circulation in body: So how do we do it? Simple, get into some physical exercises. You might say, “I am already tired and don’t have energy to work out.”…
